·         Expert guidance related to troubleshooting, maintenance, operations and support of SharePoint environments.

·         Provide resolution for escalated issues from the Network Operations Center.

·         Knowledge of SharePoint capacity and performance planning.

·         Solid working understanding of Microsoft network services such as DNS, WINS and DHCP.

·         Ability to conduct Microsoft Clustering and file services.

·         Ability to design, deployment and migration in large and complex production environments.

·         Administration of SharePoint/MOSS native services (e.g. search services, Excel Calc services, etc.).

·         Ability to conduct Windows Patch Management.

·         Demonstrated experience in information architecture and knowledge management solutions and integration of collaboration solutions

·         Systems implementation skills:  requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, support
